Our improvement approach
P x G² = R, high five
and guiding principles
Process x Behavior² = Result
Structured process improvements according to proven methodologies, are always accompanied by much attention to effective behavior and inspiring leadership. Without that combo, improvements (and thus the results of those improvements) are not long-lived.
It is optimal if your organization’s improvement needs have a sound strategic basis. A customized improvement program is set up and executed together with you and your employees; from strategy to implementation of the improvements. Measurable improvement breakthroughs (productivity, turnaround time, quality, costs, etc.), maximally engaged employees, personal growth and ‘being valuable’ are central to this. With optimal involvement and ownership in the right place.

High Five phasing
To put your improvement vision into practice, the High Five phasing is the mainstay. This approach consists of 5 improvement elements or phases that embed the most appropriate improvement tools for your situation into your company’s culture. Often together with relevant training but always together with the right coaching on the behavior of your employees and the development of inspiring leadership.
The High Five approach contains a large number of tools for process improvement and behavioral development that can be used to suit your situation. The final approach is therefore always tailor-made. Moreover, the tools are always a means, never an end in themselves.
Examples include: Strategy Execution, Lean leadership, POENK Visual Management, 5S Workplace Optimization, Kaizen, Improvement Teams, A3 Thinking, TWI Training (Training Within Industry), Kata Coaching, SMED Changeover Time Reduction, QRM (Quick Response Manufacturing), Insights Discovery etc.

Guiding principles
In our guidance of your customized improvement projects, we always stay true to our own guiding principles. They are the principles (and checkpoints) of ‘how’ we do our work, based on our own ‘why’ and experience with many clients.
